ACADEMIC DETAILS

Summer in Tel Aviv: Environmental Studies provides students with a multidisciplinary insight into international environmental topics, with a focus on Israel's unique geographic and geopolitical setting as part of the greater Middle East region.

  • Water Resources of the Middle East: Negotiation, Policy and Management
  • Energy Policy
  • Sustainable Design and the City
  • Oceans, Mankind and Climate Change
  • Sustainable Food
  • Ancient agricultural societies: The environmental perspective
  • Globalization in the third world: Effects on women and the environment

WHO SHOULD APPLY

  • Graduate students 
  • Advanced undergraduate students

COST
Application fee: 60 USD
Confirmation fee: 500 USD
Program fee: 2600 USD (includes two courses, health insurance, library fees, student service fees and special programming)
Tuition: 550 USD per each additional credit hour

CREDITS
Students will receive 2 credits for each course (minimum 4 credits).
